NETFILE - "The tax return you are filing is an amended return."You have received the message because either your tax return has already been received by the CRA or Revenu Quebec, or you claimed an adjustment for the current tax year.
Status of the tax return
You can verify the status of your tax return by phone (1-800-267.6999) or in "My account" on the CRA website:

If you are in Québec, you can contact Revenu Québec (1-888-811.7362 ) or enter in "My account" :
http://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/sepf/services/l_desirez.aspxAdjustment
If the adjustment request is for a previous tax year, please return in the section "Adjustment request" and enter the tax year for which you want to do the adjustment. If not, to be able to send the tax return via NETFILE, please remove the "Adjustment Request" section from your tax return.
