Tax return - Tax scenarios with UFile for WindowsYou can use the software for the current tax year to prepare one or several tax scenarios for the next tax year.
Before you start to prepare the scenarios, first make sure that your tax return for the current tax year has been saved. The data file has the extension u19. You will need this file to carry forward the data file from 2019 to 2020.
To create one or several scenarios, first create a copy of your return. To do so, please follow the instructions below :
1. Open your return for the current tax year.
2. Click on the menu "File" and choose the option "Save as ..." .
3. In the new window, save the tax return with a new name (e.g. "Scenario A 2020" ).
4. Open the new tax return and enter the information pertaining to your tax scenario.
NOTE : You can prepare alternate tax scenarios (e. g. Scenario B, Scenario C, etc.) using the same procedure.ID: 20131101103948NIX.xml AQ
