Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)If you meet the eligibility requirements and you wish to receive the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), please contact Service Canada at 1-800-277-9914 for an application form.
Once approved, you can re-apply for the GIS each year by simply filing your income tax return.
