DependantsSchedule 5, "Amounts for Spouse or Common-Law Partner and Dependants", will be generated by the program only if an amount is claimed on either line 30300, 30425, 30400 or 30450 of Federal Schedule 1.
If Schedule 5 is generated by the program, you can view it by going to the file in the tax return tab of the person claiming an amount on any of the lines mentioned above, and in the left-side menu under the "Tax Return" tab, select Schedule 5 among the list.
