Nova Scotia - Lines 58040, 58080, 58120 AND 58160The basic personal amount (58040), the age amount (58080), the spousal or common-law partner amount (58120) and the amount for an eligible dependant (58160) are increased for individuals whose taxable income is $25,000 or less.
This increase will be phased out for taxable income between $25,000 and $75,000.
We suggest that you view the Nova Scotia Worksheet NS428 that you will find on the "Tax Return" tab in the left-hand column labelled "NS Provincial Worksheet".
