However, if you have received a loan through the "Graduate Retention Program First Home Plan", you cannot claim the amount for the purchase of a Saskatchewan home.
The non-refundable credit is $ 10,000 for the purchase of a home.

To claim this credit, please follow this procedure.
1. On the "Left-side menu of the Interview tab", select the heading "Other deductions and credits".
2. On the right page, click on the plus sign "+" icon to the right of the line "Federal line 31270 - Home buyers' amount for the purchase of a qualifying home".
3. On the page that appears, enter the required information for both the federal and Saskatchewan.
Your non-refundable credit will be carried over by the program on line 58357 of Form SK428.
