The amount shown in Box 20 of your T4A(P) represents the total of all amounts from boxes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19. It also takes into account any overpayment recovered.
Therefore, please only enter the amounts in boxes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of your T4A(P) slip.
