Service - CD-Rom order formIf you are using UFile for Windows, in order to be able to transmit your return by NETFILE you must make sure that you are using the latest updated version. You can download the latest UFile updates at no cost over the Internet by clicking on the "Settings" menu and selecting "Program updates".
However, if you do not have Internet access and wish to receive a program update by mail, you can order the CD-Rom update. Simply print out the registration form, fill it out and mail/fax it to us. There is a charge of $5.95 to cover the shipping of the package. The update itself is free.
Please keep in mind that the recommended update method is through the Internet. While we provide the option to request for an update by mail, this method is targeted to our non-Internet users. Please follow these steps to order your update by mail:
1. Open UFile for Windows.
2. Click on "Get Latest Updates" menu in the "Start" tab.
3. Select "CD-Rom order form".
4. Fill out the form.
5. Print the form and mail/fax it to us.The update is expected to be available via CD-Rom in mid March. This is a special UFile version, created specifically for users with no Internet access who require updates.
