Quebec barcode summary not generated (TPF-1.U.V)It depends on the type of return prepared to generate the TPF-1.U Barcode Summary.
The TPF-1.U Barcode summary will not be generated if:
- the return is inelligible for the NETFILE transmission to Revenu Québec;
- the tax year is not the current tax year;
- the version of UFile is 01.To verify the version of UFile, please follow the instructions:
1. Start UFile.
2. Click on "Help" menu (the "?" button from the top-right corner).
3. Choose the option "About UFile...'
4. The actual version shows on the second line.If the version of UFile is 01, please update the software.
Please note that printing the barcodes is not mandatory, however it is strongly recommended.
