Disabled tabs (grayed out)If the "Tax Return" and/or "NetFile" tabs are not active, there may be errors in your tax return data that are preventing the return from being calculated.
After you have entered all your tax data, click on the "Review" tab.
Check to see if you have any error messages.
If you do, please correct them on the "Interview" tab, and then click on the "Review" tab again.
Repeat this process until you have resolved all your errors.
Next, click on the "Tax Return" tab to see your tax return.
If everything looks OK and you are ready to transmit via NETFILE, click on the "NetFile" tab.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
NOTE: You must have version 23.10 or later installed before you can use NETFILE. To update your program, click "Get latest updates" button from the "Start" tab, and then "Check for Updates".
