Error - The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect when registering the software

If you are experiencing difficulties when registering UFile for Windows, here are some suggestions:

1- Make sure your computer's date and time are correct. Double-click on the clock on the lower right-hand side of the screen, and adjust the time if necessary.

2- Make sure your Windows is up to date. Click on  "Start" and then click on "Windows Update". If you cannot find it there, go to "Control panel". On the left-hand side, click on "Windows Update".

3- Open Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" and from the top menu, choose "Internet options" and then the "Security" tab. Finally, click on "Reset all zones to default level". If the issue persists, go back to "Internet options", click on the "Advanced" tab, then uncheck the box "Check for the publisher's certificate revocation".

4- Another probable cause would be the presence of a firewall. Deactivate your firewall, try to register, and then turn your firewall back on once registration is complete.
