Help - Service - No telephone support for UFile ON LINE and UFile standard edition

Be advised that UFile 4 for Windows do not provide telephone support. Please provide us with your question or a description of the problem that you are experiencing by using the "Support request form". To access this form, follow these steps:

1- From the "Help" menu from the top-right corner, select the option "Support assistant".

2- Click twice the "Next" button, located in the lower right-hand corner of the window that appears. to reach the third page.

3- Enter your email address, the category of your question and briefly explain your problem.

4- If you have communicated with us by email previously - for instance, in the case of a follow-up - and you have your request number handy, please enter it in the appropriate field.

5- In the lower right-corner of the page, click on "Submit request". A member of our support team will communicate with you shortly to provide you with the solution to your problem.

If your problem cannot be resolved via email, a member of our support team may contact you by phone.

For those who purchased UFile 12, you will find the phone number on the third (3) page of the Support assistant. Note that long distance charges may apply.

Please note that at page two (2) of the "Support assistant", you may obtain assistance from a virtual support agent by clicking on the "Web site FAQ's" button, and then selecting the software on which you have a question (UFile ONLINE or UFile for Windows).

By clicking on "Contact us/Browse our FAQ's", from the lower left-corner of the "Ask your question" window, you will be able to access our "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)" section and select the topic on which you want to get help.
