“Win Big with UFile” sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is open to all residents of Canada (each, a “Contestant”) who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence, except employees and retirees of Thomson Reuters DT Tax and Accounting Inc. (the “Sponsor”) (maker of the UFile tax software (“UFile”) and ImpôtExpert tax software (“ImpôtExpert”)), Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters and its affiliates, franchisees, agents, associates, dealers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members and all persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible, a Contestant must have provided his or her contact information (name and email address) at the time of entry of the participation.

All entries must be received between November 23, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Time) and December 14, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Contest Eligibility Period”).
Contestants may enter the Contest as described above. More than one entry is allowed per unique email addresse only for those Contestants that are registered automatically by way of purchase of one or many UFile or ImpôtExpert products in more than one transaction. Only one contest entry is allowed per unique email address for those Contestants that have registered via the website indicated above. Each Contestant shall have a chance to win the Contest provided that all other eligibility rules set forth herein are otherwise complied with in full.
By entering the Contest, each Contestant acknowledges that it has read these Contest Rules and agrees to fully comply with and be bound by the Contest Rules. Furthermore, the Contestant agrees, on behalf of itself and its directors, officers and employees and successors' directors and officers to release the Sponsor, Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters and their affiliates, agencies, and/or all of their respective representatives from all liability, claims and demands arising out of participation in the Contest or of the awarding or use of the prizes described herein.
This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Employees and retirees of the Sponsor, Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters and their affiliates, franchisees, agents, associates, dealers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members and all persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest.
In these Contest Rules, “immediate family” means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household.
The Sponsor has the right to require at any time proof of identity, age and/or eligibility of any Participant to allow the Participant to enter the Contest. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period of time could result in disqualification.
All information supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of this Contest must be truthful, accurate and complete. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
The Prize:
Every Contestant is eligible to win any one of the three prize which have a total value of $10,000 and which are allocated as follows (collectively, the “Prize”):

All taxes, fees and surcharges on the Prize won and all incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to in these Contest Rules related to the Prize, shall be the sole responsibility of the Contest winner.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded. No Contestant may win a Prize at more than one of the three draws. No substitution is possible, except in the Sponsor’s sole and entire discretion. Any portion of the Prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. The Sponsor will not be responsible if any event resulting in the cancellation of the Prize or if other factors beyond its reasonable control prevent the Prize or any part thereof from being fulfilled.
The Draw:
By entering the Contest, the Contestant agrees to be bound by the decision of the Sponsor, which is final in all respects.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or delayed entries to the draw or for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet request to be received by the Sponsor or any third party service provider on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof that may affect an individual’s ability to submit an entry to the Contest. All Contest entries shall be subject to verification and shall be null and void if they are found to have been obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Contest Rules. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Contest Eligibility Period are automatically null and void.
A random draw for the Prize will take place by the Sponsor in the offices of Thomson Reuters, located at 2348 Lucerne Road, Montreal, Quebec, from among all eligible participations received by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day that is before the date of each of the draws indicated in the table below. The selected winner will need to first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by telephone to qualify to receive the Prize.

In order to receive the Prize, the selected winner will also have to complete and sign a Declaration and Liability Release Form (i) confirming compliance with and agreement to be bound by these Contest Rules and (ii) releasing the Sponsor, Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters and their directors, officers, dealers, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims and demands arising out of participation in the Contest or of the awarding or use of the Prize described herein. Each selected winner must accept that his name be announced on the website of UFile and ImpôtExpert and through social media and email.
The Declaration and Liability Release Form will be sent to the selected winner by e-mail or fax and must be returned within five (5) business days of its receipt. If the winner’s duly completed Declaration and Liability Release Form is not returned within said period, the winner shall be ineligible to receive the Prize.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participations obtained by the end of the Contest Eligibility Period. The selected winner will be contacted via telephone, email or mail at the phone number, e-mail address or address provided by the Contestant at the time of entering the Contest within fourteen (14) days after the draw. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, or does not meet all of the eligibility conditions described in the Contest Rules, they will not be eligible to win the Prize and another randomly selected entrant will be chosen and contacted in the manner described above until a winner is announced. A disqualified winner shall have no recourse against the Sponsor, Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters or anyone involved in the contest.

By participating in this Contest, all Contestants (including the winner) agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters, their respective affiliates, franchisees and advertising and promotional agencies and any of their respective agents, officers, directors, partners, employees and representatives from any and all liability, claims and demands whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, (i) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Contest (ii) the participation in the Contest or any prize-related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize-related activity; or (iii) the use of the Contestants’ (including winners’) names, images, voices, likenesses, cities of residence and/or photographs in any publicity or advertising carried out in any medium by the Sponsor, Thomson Reuters Canada Limited or any other business of Thomson Reuters and/or their respective agencies.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest.
General:
Subject to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux’s (the “Régie”) approval in the Province of Québec, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest in whole or in part or to amend the Contest Rules should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. In no event will more than the stated Prize be awarded.
All amounts in these Contest Rules are in Canadian dollars.
Privacy Policy:
By entering the Contest, Contestants agree to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information for the administration of this Contest.
More specifically, by entering the Contest, each Contestant consents to the use of his or her name, image, voice, likeness, city of residence, photographs and/or any other public information in any publicity or advertising carried out in any and all media now or hereafter known by the Sponsor and/or their respective agencies for the purpose of disclosing the winner of the Contest without further notification or compensation.
By entering the Contest, each Contestant agrees to use of anonymous aggregated data provided at the time of entry into the Contest, for the purposes of analysis of the information.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property and all of the promotional materials, web pages and source code are owned by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trade-mark without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law:
These Contest Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec.
Residents of the Province of Québec
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
