The condominium's administrators must

• evaluate the total cost of home-support services eligible for the tax credit that are covered by condominium fees (the administrators are not required to assign a cost t to each individual service offered) . • file form TPZ-1029.MD.5-V, Information Return: Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors;
• send form TPZ-1029.MD.5-V, Information Return: Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors, to us by the last day of February of the calendar year following the year for which you requested the information return;
