DirectDeposit

The keyword DirectDeposit allows the user to enter the necessary information required by the government for direct deposit of refund and credit cheques to the taxpayer's bank account.

Do not complete this form if you already use the direct deposit service and the banking information has not changed.

The direct deposit request will stay in effect until you change the information or cancel the service.

Taxpayers will still be able to register through the following methods: My Account online, MyCRA mobile application, by phone, select financial institutions, or by completing and mailing a direct deposit enrolment form available at the following link: here

Revenu Québec has implemented two distinct direct deposit request forms in order to forward the direct deposit request to the appropriate Revenu Québec processing department. These forms are:

a) LM-3.M for Montreal; and b) LM-3.Q for Quebec City.

For instance, if your client's postal code starts with the letter "H" or "J", then the direct deposit request form that should be completed is LM-3.M. However, if your client's postal code begins with "G", then the LM-3.Q should be completed. DT Max will automatically complete the correct form depending on the postal code you've indicated in the sub-keyword PostalCode for the Street keyword group.
