The form MR-14.B-V must be completed by an assignee or any person (other than a trustee in bankruptcy) who wishes to distribute property that he or she administers on behalf of another person.

For the distribution of property of an Estate, you must submit form MR-14.A-V, Notice Before Distribution of the Property of an Estate.
