The form MR-14.B-V must be completed by an assignee or any person (other than a trustee in bankruptcy) who wishes to distribute property that he or she administers on behalf of another person.

For the distribution of property of a Succession, you must submit form MR-14.A-V, Notice Before Distribution of the Property of a Succession.
