Partnership Information
The first step in preparing a client's file is to enter all
their relevant data on the Partnership Information form.
This information will automatically be carried forward to other
forms as it applies.
Identification
Enter the name of the partnership for which the forms will be
prepared.
The language will automatically pre-fill based on the information
entered in the Default values section of the
Preferences option, in the Tools menu.
Fiscal Year
Enter the start date of the partnership's fiscal year and DT
FormMax will input the year-end.
Address
The Partnership Information form allows two entries for the
addresses. To indicate which address to print on the forms, choose
the appropriate option under "Address to print". If the option is
left blank, DT FormMax will default to the head office address.
Business Numbers
Enter all business numbers that apply to this client.
Signing Officer
Certain government forms require the signing officer's information.
If the signing officer is chosen as the option under "Contact
Person", the information entered in this section will be exported
to the forms.
Date
The sign date will automatically pre-fill based on the information
entered in the Default values section of the
Preferences option, in the Tools menu.
Currently, in order to modify any pre-filled information,
right-click on the field and select Override.
