• MR-93.1.1 - Notice of Objection

This form is to be used by any person that wishes to file an objection to a notice of assessment, a notice of determination or regarding a refund application for which the taxpayer has not received any response at the end of the 180-day period following the sending of the application.

Prior to sending your notice of objection, you must first contact a Revenu Québec representative to try to resolve the situation. If no solution is possible, then fill out this form and send it to Revenu Québec.
