• T2202A - Tuition, Education, and Textbook amounts Certificate

This slip must be completed by an educational institution and issued to a student enrolled in a program that provides entitlement to the tuition, education and textbook amounts.

DT FormMax produces two copies of the T2202A slip:

Copy 1 is given to the student who must keep it in his records;

Copy 2 is also given to the student, who must complete and sign the bottom portion when he or she transfers a portion or all of the education amount and tuition fees to a spouse, common-law spouse, parent or grandparent.
