Instructions for Completing the RL-25 Slip

This slip is available only in french. You will find a translation of the boxes and instructions with the data entry form.

Filing deadline and distribution of copies

By the last day of February of the year following the year indicated on the slips, you must send us:

• the RL-25 summary, and
• copy 1 of each RL-25 slip issued or, if you are filing online or on electronic media, the RL 25 slip data.

Send copy 2 of the RL-25 slips to the recipients.
