My client has capital losses on line 191 of schedule 3 but no amount is carried to line 197 of the schedule (3), why is that?
This situation occurs when there should be a negative amount on line 197 of schedule 3. As a workaround, override line 197 of schedule 3 to enter the appropriate (negative) amount.
