Political contribution for a Nova-Scotia resident

My client, who is a resident of Nova Scotia, received a notice of re-assessment. It appears as though CRA did not take into account my client's political contribution non-refundable credit when calculating the provincial credit amount on Line 428. Why is that?

For DT Max prior versions to v10.23, there were certain situations, which resulted in field 6210 (NS Political Contributions) not being transmitted electronically.

In order to rectify the situation contact CRA and, if necessary, fax them the political contribution receipt.
