Line 41 - Saskatchewan farm and small business capital gains tax credit

If you reported capital gains in 2018 from the disposition of qualified farm property or qualified small business corporation shares and you were a resident of Saskatchewan at the end of the year, you may qualify for this tax credit.

To claim this credit, complete Form T1237, Saskatchewan Farm and Small Business Capital Gains Tax Credit. You can get this form at canada.ca/cra-forms.

Enter, on line 41 of Form SK428, the amount from line 32 of Form T1237.
