What's new for T1 Internet version 29.05?

The latest DT Max program update is now available for downloading. It features the T1/TP-1 program for the tax years 2014 to 2025 inclusively. Installing this version will update your version of DT Max to 29.05.

Please note that in regard to the T1/TP-1 program, version 29.05 supports paper filing but does not support EFILE transmission for taxation year 2025 due to its early release date. The EFILE module will be integrated in the next version of DT Max that will be stamped 29.10 and made available via www.thomsonreuters.ca/en/dtpro to all DT Max clients. This will take place as soon as we receive all relevant certifications towards the end of January or early February 2026.

1. CRA's Auto-fill My Return service now available in DT Max

   Please note that our Auto-fill My Return (AFR) service module has now been certified by the CRA and is available in version 29.05 of DT Max, starting February 9, 2026 for the delivery of 2025 tax year data as well as other information. As of this date, the delivery of tax slips (only) will continue to be available for the 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016 tax years.

   The following new tax items can be downloaded from the Auto-fill My Return service into DT Max for the 2025 and subsequent tax years:

   • T5013, Statement of Partnership Income

     • Box 137 - Business investment loss

     • Box 151 - Capital gains (losses)

   • FHSA First Home Savings Account

     • Carryforward amount for current year

     • Variable "H" amount of annual FHSA limit for prior year

     • Carryforward amount for prior year

     • Variable "F" amount of annual FHSA limit for prior year

     • Total contributions made to the FHSA in the prior year

     • Contributions to the FHSA in the prior year before the first qualifying withdrawal
