DT Max T1

  1. Update to Schedule 15 - Calculation of line 68955 (v29.20)

The calculation for Schedule 15 - FHSA Contributions Transfers and Activities has been updated to allow you to enter an amount on line 68955 even if it is greater than the amount reported on line 68950 of the same schedule.

Please note, however, that the amount actually claimed on line 68955 will automatically be limited to the lesser of the two following amounts:

    • The amount reported in Box 36 of your T4FHSA slip, and

    • The amount reported on Line 19 of Schedule 15.

Any amount you enter that exceeds this limit will therefore be adjusted automatically, and the lesser of the two amounts above will be used as your claim on line 68955.

  2. Revised forms

    In-house forms

    • Estimated Old Age Security (OAS) Payments (Amount effective January 2026)

      • New amounts for the period from January to March 2026.

  3. New diagnostics

    1. Error prevention report

      Federal

      1. 20805 - FHSA deduction

The FHSA deduction that you are claiming on line 20805 of your return is higher than is needed. You can use the keyword FHSA-To-Deduct in order to limit the FHSA deduction and carry forward to a subsequent year the amount that remains unused this year.

  4. New options

    1. For the keyword Q-Family in the TaxReview-For keyword group:

Needs assistance with basic activity of daily living?

Handicapped children with exceptional care needs?
