Why is Revenu Quebec refusing the dividend tax credit on line 415 of the Quebec Income Tax return?
This is due to an error in Revenu Quebec's system of assessment. Returns that have been affected by this problem
during Revenu Quebec's cycle of assessment will be rectified by this coming fall season. However, should you wish to have
this change done immediately, Revenu Quebec recommends that you contact their
customer service center.
Please note that this error may also lead to an erroneous calculation of the Contribution to the Health Services Fund.
