Did you forget your client number or password?

• Client number (NNNNN)
  Your DT Max client number is the first 5 digits found next to "Sold to / Vendu à:" on your invoice.
  It also appears within DT Max as your licence number, select About DT Max from the Help menu.
  
  
• My Account password
  Your My Account password is alphanumeric and at least 6 characters long, it is not your DT Max or licence password.
  You can retrieve it by following the instructions below.
  
  
• Retrieve your Password
  Please enter your Dr Tax client number and name so we can retrieve your password.
  Your password will be emailed to the primary contact's email address on file.
