Use the keyword Authorize to indicate for which jurisdictions an authorization form must be generated. You may also choose not to print any authorizations.
Note that when used, this keyword takes precedence over the user's defaults.

Use the keyword Specified-Years to enter the taxation years applicable to this authorization or power of attorney. This information will be entered on the MR-69 form.
Use the keyword Specified-Period to enter the taxation period applicable to this authorization or power of attorney. This information will be entered on the MR-69 form.

Use the keyword Online-Access to indicate that the designated person is a professional representative and is authorized to access the taxpayer's file online. DT Max T3 will capture the professional representative number attributed by RQ on line 16 of the form MR-69 if line 10 or 10a has been completed.
Use the keyword RepID to enter the 7-character alphanumeric code that identifies the representative.
If the representative does not have an identification number, they can register for one online at www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency.html.
Use the keyword GroupID to enter the 6-character alphanumeric code, starting with the letter G, that identifies a group of representatives.
If the representative does not have an identification number, they can register for one online at www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency.html.
Use the keyword Bus-Number.rep to enter the 9-digit number that identifies the business or firm chosen to represent the trust.

Use the keyword Last-Name.rep to enter the representative's last or family name.
Use the keyword First-Name.rep to enter the representative's first or given name.
Use the keyword Designation.rep to specify the way you want to address the designated person.

Use the keyword Street.rep to enter the representative's mailing address.
Use the keyword City.rep to enter the city of the representative's mailing address. DT Max will print it on the second line of the address box on the authorization form.
Use the keyword Province.rep to enter the province of the representative's mailing address. DT Max will print it on the third line of the address box on the authorization form.
The following options are applicable for the keyword Province.rep.
Use the keyword Postal-Code.rep to enter the postal code of the representative.
Use the keyword Phone-Number.rep to enter the representative's telephone number.

Use the keyword Prof-Rep-No.rep to enter the representative's professional number to grant the designated person online access to the files. This information will be entered on line 16 of the MR-69 only if the designated person's Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) is also entered.
Use the keyword Bus-ContactName. to indicate whether the authorized representative is the firm or the individual within the business. This information will be entered in Part 2 of form AUT-01.

Use the keyword Expiry-Date.rep if the consent is to end at a particular date.
The consent will stay in effect until it has been revoked or it reaches the specified expiry date.
Use the keyword Bus-ContactName to control the display of the first and last name of the designated person within the company or trust (lines 13a and 13b of Part 2 of MR-69). The option "Leave contact blank" does not complete lines 13a and 13b. Otherwise, only the person who is designated within the company or trust will be able to communicate with the government for information.

Use the keyword File-Number.rep to specify the file number being assigned to a representative under the authorization request.
Use the keyword Cancel-rep to indicate whether the taxpayer is revoking the authorization or power of attorney to the release of confidential information for all representatives or for a specific representative.

Use the keyword Street.lr to enter the mailing address of the person signing form AUT-01 on behalf of the trust. This information is captured in "Part 5 - Certification" of form AUT-01.
Use the keyword City.lr to enter the city of the mailing address of the person signing form AUT-01 on behalf of the trust. This information is captured in "Part 5 - Certification" of form AUT-01.
Use the keyword Province.lr to enter the province of the mailing address of the person signing form AUT-01 on behalf of the trust. This information is captured in "Part 5 - Certification" of form AUT-01.

Use the keyword Telephone-Rep to enter the legal representative's telephone number.
DT Max will print this number on the authorization form.
Use the keyword Legal-Rep-Name.x to enter the name of the actual legal representative [AUT-01X Part 3].

Use the keyword Last-Name.x to enter the last name of the person who has the signing authority for the trust. This information is captured in "Part 3 - Certification" of form AUT-01X.
Use the keyword First-Name.x to enter the first name of the person who has the signing authority for the trust. This information is captured in "Part 3 - Certification" of form AUT-01X.
Use the keyword Telephone-Rep.x to enter the legal representative's telephone number.
DT Max will print this number on form AUT-01X.
Use the keyword MailAddress to specify the mailing address to be printed on the tax return.
Use this keyword only if the option desired for the client differs from the one chosen in the user's defaults.
The following options are applicable for the keyword MailAddress.
If need be, you may print any text file as part of the tax return.
Such a file must have been saved without any fonts or formatting. It is usually a file with the ".txt" suffix.
This may be a file that was created with another software such as an accounting, spreadsheet or word processing program.
DT Max will print the file according to the setup of the output controls from the printing options of its preferences menu.
To proceed, enter the keyword PrintFile and the complete name and path of the desired file. For example: PRINTFILE -> C:\T3TAX\ABC-INC\R&D.TXT.
Use the keyword Progress to record the progress of your file. You can enter each action as it takes place, with the date and some notes to enable you to keep track of your progress. It also provides an easy reference if, for any reason, you should need to communicate with a third party.
Enter the date of the change in the progress status and select from the options available.
Note that this information can also be entered for a batch of clients by changing the client status in the Client list.

Use the keyword Received-By to record who has received the payment. This is for information purposes only and will not appear on the invoice.
Use the keyword Note.pr to enter notes pertaining to the progress status recorded, if need be.
Use the keyword Archived if you archive your tax returns.
It enables you to record the name and location of the archive file, as well as the date when the file was archived.
The keyword EfileMR69Error lists the MR-69 e-submission error message(s) received.
Use the keyword PaymentCode if the payment option desired for the client differs from the one chosen in the user's defaults.
The following options are applicable for the keyword PaymentCode.
Use the keyword RefundCode if the code you wish to use for the refund of the client's taxes differs from the code that appears in the user's defaults.
