The keyword Block is used to prevent the processing of a client and provide a reason for the blocking. Enter the keyword PrintFile and the complete name and path of your file, as in the following example: PrintFile "F:\T5013\ABC-INC\R&D.PRN". This file may have been generated with another software, such as an accounting package, a spreadsheet program or a word processor. The file would then be printed as directed in the setup of your output controls from the Printing option in the Setup and preferences menu.
