WebAccessCodeThe keyword WebAccessCode is to be used to enter the corporation's assigned Web Access Code.To obtain a Web Access Code, please contact the Corporation Internet Filing Help Desk. For corporations resident in Canada, call 1-800-959-2803. For non-resident corporations, call 1-819-536-2360 or 1-204-984-3594. Please note the Canada Revenue Agency does accept collect calls. Alternatively, you may request a Web Access Code by fax where you will have to provide the corporation's name, business number and tax year end. Send the request to the attention of the "Corporation Internet Filing Help Desk" in Shawinigan at 819-536-4486 or Winnipeg at 204-984-0418.
FedEfile-AttachWhen electronically transmitting a corporation's income tax return, the Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) system can also accept the transmission of certain types of documents. The attachments are automatically submitted upon the successful transmission of the federal corporate return. For each attachment being submitted, you must complete the information below:
- The type of document being attached,
The CRA will accept the following file types:
- pdf The number of attachments must match the number of file names provided and the total size, for all attachments, cannot exceed 150 Mb. The CRA will not accept an attachment if the associated federal corporate income tax return was filed more than 24 hours ago. Under such a situation, the document(s) would have to be mailed to the applicable tax center. Note: the CRA's system can accept the transmission of a federal return but reject the associated attachment. You can confirm the acceptance of the attachment, within the data entry window, through the keyword Progress and the option "Efile acknowledgement - federal attachment". The following options are applicable for the keyword FedEfile-Attach.
Doc-IDUse the keyword Doc-ID to specify the type of document being attached.The following options are applicable for the keyword Doc-ID.
Doc-NameUse the keyword Doc-Name to specify the name and location of the file being attached.Please include the prescribed form number, or the regulation/section of the Income Tax Act the Election relates to when selecting the option Elections or Other elections. Where possible, include the schedule number or attachment the explanatory notes relate to when selecting Explanatory notes. The form number or section of the Act the resolution/agreement relates to should be provided when selecting Resolution and agreements. Lastly, include the form number of the slip, where applicable, when selecting the option Information slips.
Doc-DescriptionUse the keyword Doc-Description to enter the description of the file being attached.
Efiler-NameUse the keyword Efiler-Name to indicate which name to display on the T183 and CO-1000.TE forms. The applicable options are contact person or company.If no entry is specified, then DT Max will refer to the Preferences/Identification menu to determine the applicable name. Client-SignatureThe keyword Client-Signature is used to specify how the efile authorization form(s) will be signed and dated.

Efile-MR-69The keyword Efile-MR-69 enables you to control the efiling of this client's MR-69. It also allows you to override the client's Quebec MR-69 efile setup.The following options are applicable for the keyword Efile-MR-69.
MR-69-PDF-AttachThe keyword MR-69-PDF-Attach allows you to attach and transmit the signed MR-69 form. The MR-69 attachment must be included in order to successfully complete the electronic submission. The file name cannot include accented characters, special characters, or spaces. The file name cannot exceed 200 characters.The only extension supported by Revenu Québec is pdf.
Additional-AttachThe keyword Additional-Attach allows you to attach and transmit one additional file when accessing the MR-69 electronic submission service. CDACRA T2 Auto-fill serviceA capital dividend account is a notional account that is calculated for a private corporation.
