Code 8 - Tax credit for the repayment of
benefits
In 2019 you repaid benefits that you received in a previous year
under the Québec Pension Plan (QPP), the Canada Pension Plan (CPP),
the Québec parental insurance plan (QPIP), the Unemployment
Insurance Act or the Employment Insurance Act. The credit was
claimed in the section "Repaid amounts".
Revenu Quebec will calculate whether it is more advantageous
for you not to use the repayment to reduce your 2019 income and may
grant you a tax credit for the averaging of the deduction.
Code 15 - Tax credit for scientific research and
experimental development
In the section "Quebec credits", you have
claimed a refundable tax credit for scientific research and
experimental development.
If you claim one of these credits, you cannot send the Quebec tax
return via NETFILE. This is one of the Revenu Quebec
restrictions:
