T4 slip - Box 18 - EI premiums
Enter the amount shown in Box 18 of your T4 slip.
If your income was less than $2,000 during the year, you could
get a refund of your contributions, provided that the amount of the
refund exceeds $1.00.
If required, the program will generate federal form T2204 and
your refund will be reported on line 45000 of the federal
return.
