Cannot sign into current year's account. Why?
If you are having trouble to sign into the current year's
account with your user name, we can verify if your account was
rolled over.
Please provide us with as much of the following information:
- How long have you used UFile ONLINE?
- Did you make any payment to last year's account before
January 14th of this year?
- First and last three digits of the SIN for the Family Head*
of the return (e. g.777-XXX-777)
- E-mail address used to create the account
- User name
- Payment Authorization Number
- Payment Reference Number
- Amount of payment
- Date and Time of payment (approx)
*Family Head is the person whose name is entered first in the
return.
If the return was free due to our low-income program, please let
us know.
