T4A slip - Box 107
You received an amount from a wage-loss replacement
plan which was declared on a T4A slip in Box
107 and for resident of Quebec on an RL-1 in Box
O with code RN.
You can subtract, from the benefits you received under a wage
loss replacement plan, the premiums you paid after 1967 to
that plan. The premiums must not have been subtracted from
benefits received in a previous year.
Please keep the document confirming that you have paid the
premiums.
