NETFILE - Did not file, but paid
If you have received a confirmation number from NETFILE, you
have successfully filed your return.
Please note that we are not authorized to transmit your return
on your behalf. The fact that you have paid for your account does
not mean you have filed your return.
The software prepares the tax return in the format requested by
the CRA. It can redirect you to the CRA website to submit your
tax return via NETFILE (if eligible), by using the automatic
method.
If you have found that you have not yet filed, we suggest you
return to your account on UFile ONLINE to send the tax return via
NETFILE (if eligible) or save it as PDF file, then print and send
it by mail to the CRA.

return, please call NETFILE's Help Desk: 1-800-714-7257.
