NETFILE - Have you filed your tax returns?

You ask why there is a delay in the processing of your tax returns.

First, perform the following procedure:

Under the "NetFile" tab, go to the "Left-side menu on the NetFile tab" and select "Federal submission".

On the page that appears on your right, you should have the submission date and the confirmation number of the CRA.

For residents of Quebec, you must repeat the procedure for "Quebec submission".

If you have prepared the tax returns for the family members, you must perform the same procedure for each member.
