Account - Security question and answer (how to
change) 2015
In order to change the security question/answer for your account
for 2010 and later years, please follow these steps:
1. Go to:
https://www.ufile.ca/products/ufile-windows
2. Type in your user name and password.
3. Click "Sign in".
4. Click the "LAUNCH" button (2015 or later).
5. Click on "settings" menu (located in the upper
right-hand corner of the page).
6. Select the option "Password reset option".
7. Update your information as desired.
8. Click the "Save" button.
9. You will receive an email confirming that your account
information has been changed.
