How to change your user name (2010-2014)
In order to change the user name for your account for 2010 and
later years, please follow these steps:
1. Go to: https://www.ufile.ca/products/ufile-windows
2. Type in your username and password.
3. Click "Sign in".
4. Click on "My account" (located in the upper
right-hand corner of the page).
5. In the new window that appears, select the
"Account" tab.
6. Update your information as desired.
7. Click the "Apply" button.
8. You will receive an email confirming that your account
information has been changed.
