Children in shared custody - Canada Child Benefit -

For the estimation of the CCB, you must follow the
procedure below:
1. In the child's file, under the "Interview" tab, select
the "Controls" item in the "Left-side menu on the
Interview tab";
2. On the page that opens on your right, select the line
"Child included for purpose of the CCB calculation?";
3. On the drop-down menu to your right, choose the option that
is appropriate to your situation;
4. If you choose the option "The child is in shared
custody," the program will produce the estimate
accordingly.
For Quebec residents, the program will also produce the estimate
for the child assistance payment.
However, you must inform the authorities of any
shared custody arrangements.
