Account - How to change the security question
(2015+)
To change the security question, please follow the
instructions:
1. Go to:
http://www.drtax.ca/en/UFile/software-products/online-tax-solution.aspx
2. Type in your user name and password.
3. Click "Sign in".
4. Click the "LAUNCH" button (2015 or later).
5. Click on "settings" menu (located in the upper
right-hand corner of the page).
6. Select the option "Password reset options".
7. Change the security question and the answer.
8. Click the "Apply" button.
You will receive an email confirming that your account
information has been changed.
