How to change the security question and answer
(2010-2014)
In order to change the security question/answer for your account
for 2010 and later years, please follow these steps:
1. Go to: https://www.ufile.ca/products/ufile-windows
2. Type in your username and password.
3. Click on "Sign in".
4. Click on "My account" (located in the upper
right-hand corner of the page).
5. In the new window that appears, select the tab "Password
reset options".
6. Update your information as desired.
7. Click the "Save" button.
8. You will receive an email confirming that your account
information has been changed.
